Major Responsibilities
- Inventory management, shipping, receiving (New and Used parts)

- Assistant Parts Manager or Parts Manager
Job Functions
- Maitain accurate inventory by cycle counts using the dealer management system using programs #2302, 2024, 2041, and 2025. Perpetual inventory report will be done weekly.
- Scan inventory using scanner and appropriate paper log sheets.
- Daily orders will need to be scanned and stocked in with bin locations on them.
- Special order items must have the appropriate paper work.
- All new parts will need to be located.
- All parts that arrive that day must be stocked in and located.
- Shipments from UPS and FedEx will need to be delivered to the correct departments.
- Out going parts orders will need to be pulled and ready for shipment and must be placed with the correct shipping service.
- Any issues with parts whether damaged or short must be recorded and management must be notified.
- Warehouse must be clean, swept, and organized.
- Bins must be labeled for stocking of parts.
- Warranty bins must be organized and any warranty claim that has been paid, that part must be destroyed and thrown away.
- Drivers log sheets and all shipping paper work must be filed.
