The best sales person and dear friend is what Oliver Rose has been for years and over 8 Hondas. You could not ask for a better person to deal with. When my wife passed away in March I did not need two cars , one a 2015 Fit and the other a 2014 CRV. He found the best way to get into just one 2016 CRV for me and my special needs son Darren. Purchased my 2016 Pilot and had me ready to go same day. The vehicle had just come off of the truck so it needed prep. A very busy Saturday for the dealership but they got it done. Matt was a great salesman and all of the people at Huggins were friendly and willing to help in any way they could. The deal was fair (and I shopped around) and the service was outstanding...highly recommended Had some minor issues with the window tint but they are taking care of that.

Quick, courteous, and professional! Cody in service was extremely helpful in getting my service scheduled. She was patient and understanding, and did not act like my questions were ridiculous. Aaron in service was very professional and easy to communicate with. His business card has his direct number on it, so there's no frustration of being passed around from person to person. I bought my car at Vandergriff Honda in 2011, and their service has gotten worse every year, unfortunately. I will be taking all my future business to Huggins Honda. Thank you!

We just bought a 2016 HRV last Saturday. That is the second vehicle I have purchased for myself there. If you count my wife and daughters that makes five vehicles we have purchased at Huggins. Why do we keep coming back? Answer, great service and the value of Honda cars. Our salesman Max Easley, although fairly new to Huggins, made my purchase so smooth it was amazing. That is the second vehicle he has been our salesman on, my youngest daughter also bought an HRV earlier in the year. Both times, excellent service from Max and Huggins. Will we keep coming back? Yes, yes, yes!

Just bought a 2016 Honda HRV and a 2016 Honda Accord from Huggins. The salesperson, Samantha, was awesome. The dealership is welcoming, comfortable, and they know what they are doing. And the prices cannot be beat. Do yourself a favor and go by Higgins when you are ready to buy a Honda.

Ari Frost was great! It was my first service experience and he kept me informed and it came out faster than the time he told me. He was very professional and very nice. I have been in sales over 40 years, but I have always hated the experience of car shopping. But I want to say my experience with Max Easley my sales representative, in particular, and the other people I met at Huggins Honda made this a very pleasant experience. Max, I believe, is very honest, straightforward, and was helpful without being pushy. He lets you buy (without being sold). We were able to get the honest information we needed without being constantly closed on. There also seemed to be a very positive, courteous attitude throughout the dealership.

The last car i purchased from another dealership I won't name but from the moment I stepped on the lot it was one of the worst buying experience I have ever had. Whether it was the insane pressure to buy now, lying to me about perks they were giving me( free oil changes for life of the car apparently only consisted of 2 ) , calling me every month trying to get me to buy a new car or give them the name and numbers of my friends after i had only had the car for 6 months. Basically just think of the most stereotyped used car salesmen from a 90's sitcom and you have a pretty good idea of my experience. After dealing with them I was dreading the process of buying a new car, but dealing with Huggins has been the polar opposite of experiences. The sales people are very helpful and low pressure and made the overall purchasing experience amazing. As for the service center this is another thing I normally dread doing as it seems whenever I go to do something simple like an oil change someone tries to sell me an oil changes that is going to cost upwards to 120 dollars or tell me 100 other things I should buy or my car is going to explode or something like that. The service center at Huggins again has been amazing I go in they change my oil, rotate my tires, wash my car , and random other things then I'm on my way. They only try to sell me stuff that I will actually need ( and I back this up by talking to my friends who actually know stuff about car and they confirm that I really do need to do whatever they tell me) . To summarize a way to long post Huggins Honda has been an amazing experience from purchasing to services my car and I have no doubt that my next car will come from them as well.
